Class: Pilates and Yoga for Neck and Shoulder Pain

This class is for you to enjoy in the comfort of your own home! Our expert physiotherapy and exercise physiology team will take you through a short explanation of neck and shoulder pain and the variety of common potential causes.

We then guide you through a class of supine, seated and standing exercises. This includes a gentle yoga flow, pilates postural strengthening, physio tips to relieve your pain and a guided relaxation.

This class is designed for mild to moderate neck or shoulder pain and is not suitable in the presence of nerve impingement radiating into arm pain, paraesthesia or neurological compromise. It is also not suitable for full thickness rotator cuff tear.
