This class will take you through a short explanation of knee pain and the variety of potential causes. We then journey through a class of supine, seated and standing exercises including yoga flow, pilates strengthening and physio tips.
This class is designed for mild to moderate knee pain. It is not suitable in the presence of severe osteo-arthritis or rheumatoid arthritis of the knee.
