Class: Pilates and Yoga for Hip and Groin Pain

Your complete guided class for hip pain

Hip or groin pain limiting your mobility?

Interested in yoga or pilates- yet not sure where to start?

Would you like your very own yoga and pilates class to help your mobility and strength from the comfort of your own home?

This class is for you to enjoy! Our qualified physiotherapy and exercise physiology team will take you through a short explanation of hip pain and the variety of potential causes to help you relieve your pain!

We then guide you through a general class of supine, seated and standing exercises. This includes a gentle yoga flow, pilates strengthening for core and gluteals, physio tips to help relieve your pain and also a guided relaxation.

This class is designed for mild to moderate hip pain. It is not suitable in the presence of severe osteo-arthritis.

Nichole is a qualified Physiotherapist with a passion for health and education! She has over 20 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy private practice with expertise in spinal, hip and pelvic problems. She has been involved in physiotherapy education for over 15 years through a variety of platforms including Australia wide workshops, conferences, lectures and online learning platforms.

Nichole is also a qualified yoga teacher, mindfulness meditation teacher and pilates instructor.

Nichole offers you a wealth of knowledge, insight and expertise in all of her educational courses. Her clear and professional explanations are designed to help you with your understanding!

She is passionate about empowering patients, therapist's and yoga instructors with the opportunity to improve their understanding and health through education.
